From the moment I contacted Andy, I received excellent service. All too often you get in touch and receive no confirmation that your message have been received, this was not the case though. Every message I sent, I received a confirmation that it had been received and no message was left unanswered. If Andy told you a time and date he was always there on time. When I discussed the jobs I needed doing, he never shied away or made me feel like the jobs were not worth his time. Even when I kept adding on to his list, it never phased him. Andy was honest about the costings of jobs and broke it all down so I knew what I would be paying for. In my experience of getting work done in the house, workmen like to stop and chat and drink lots of tea! Andy was always focused on the job, even when we would be chatting, he never wasted a minute and would work through our chats. A lovely man to know but a fantastic workman who is now in my phone book as my go to handyman. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone who needs work doing, no matter how big or small.
